Zack Dolney

Zackary "Zack" Dolney, 24, of Cross Lake, MN and formerly of Roslyn (son of Mike and Tammy Dolney) passed away Friday December 4, 2020 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Memorial services will be 1:00 P.M. Tuesday December 15, 2020 at Roslyn Community Christian Church in Roslyn. All family and friends are welcome. Zackary Michael Dolney was born on December 17, 1995 to Michael and Tammy (Larson) Dolney at Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He was born prematurely and for that reason was baptized at the hospital. The family made their home on a farm by Eden, South Dakota until Zack was five years old. They then purchased a farm by Roslyn. Zack attended school in Roslyn, Langford and Webster, graduating from Webster High School in 2014. While in school, Zack was active in FFA competing in building construction. After high school, Zach worked at The Hot Spot in Bristol, where he was a head cook until 2016 when he moved to Minnesota. Zack enjoyed playing Xbox, fishing, and caring for animals. He will be forever loved and greatly missed by his parents Michael and Tammy Dolney and sister Sarah Dolney all of Roslyn, SD, grandmothers Philomena Dolney and Mary Fretham both of Owatonna, MN, and many other friends and family. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers.
