Sandra "Sandy" Schock

Sandra "Sandy" Schock, 80, of Webster, passed away peacefully Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at Sun Dial Manor in Bristol.

Funeral services will be 10:30 A.M. Monday, November 6, 2023 at American Lutheran Church in Webster. Burial will be at the Webster Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the funeral home Sunday, November 5, 2023 from 5-7 P.M.

Sandra Lee Reiprich was born on October 29, 1943, to Henry and Bernice (Murschel) Reiprich at Watertown, South Dakota. She was baptized at the home of her grandparents, Gust and Emma Reiprich. She was later confirmed at American Lutheran Church in Webster. Sandy attended country school in Rusk Township and graduated from Webster High School in 1961. She then attended Northern College in Aberdeen where she obtained a degree in business/key punching. After graduation, she worked for Northwestern Bell Phone Company.

In 1963 while working in Aberdeen, she met the love of her life, Willis Schock at Lucky’s Bar. The couple married on June 3, 1967, at Brookings, South Dakota. In 1969 the couple returned to the Reiprich farm to help with the farming operation. In 1978, Sandy and Willis took over the family farm. Over the years, along with helping on the farm, Sandy also worked various jobs in the area such as Bain's Café, Dakotah, and Sun Dial Manor.

Sandy was a lifelong member at American Lutheran Church. She enjoyed all the hard work on the farm as well as gardening and canning. She was a volunteer at Needs Anonymous for many years. She also enjoyed antique shopping, searching online, and couponing.

Sandra Lee Schock passed away Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at the age of 80 years, and two days.

She will be forever loved and greatly missed by her children, Darcy (Melissa) Schock of Aberdeen, SD, Randy (Morgan) Schock of Cannon Falls, MN, Tammy (Randy) Zimmerman of Webster, South Dakota, and one sister, Sharon Pulling of Sioux Falls, SD.  She will also be missed by her grandchildren, John Zimmerman of Webster, SD, Brittany Johnson of Webster, SD, Kyle Zimmerman of Webster, SD, Emily (Austin) Wimsat of Sheridan, WY, Jacob Zimmerman of Webster, SD, Allison Schock of Aberdeen, Reese Schock of Aberdeen,SD, Brekken Schock of Cannon Falls, MN, and Roegan Schock of Cannon Falls, MN, great-grandchildren, Bryson, Corbin, and Adeline Johnson, and Winona Wimsat. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Willis in 2003, and sister Darlene in 2021.
