In 1977, Jeanette went to work at Dakotah Inc. in Webster. In 1996, the couple moved into their home in Webster. Their daughter Bonnie and her husband Steven moved back to the family farm to take over the farming operation. Glen passed away in 2019. Jeanette continued to live in their home until 2023, when she moved to Heritage Village.
Jeanette was a member of Crocker Lutheran Church and an associate member of St. John’s Lutheran Church since moving to Webster 28 years ago. Over the years she was very active in her church, teaching Sunday school, serving as WELCA president, and attending bible study. She was also a member of Sons of Norway, Volunteer RSVP, and the Webster Red Hat Club. She enjoyed playing BINGO and cards as well as following the Minnesota Twins and trips out to the farm. Jeanette was a very social and kind soul who cherished time with her family and friends. Her faith was unshakeable, and she will be greatly missed by all who loved her.
